Damaged Or Missing Items
We deeply believe you will be thrilled with the products you received from WatchPartsMega. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re just what you need. However, that sometimes it may not be what you expected. We will re-deliver the corrective items soon as its been reported.
Undamaged Items
For any undamaged Items, simply return it with its original packaging within 2 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it for you.
Returns must meet the following requirements:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
