Order Change or cancel an order

Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 7 days of order placement or if your order is in the processing stage or if your order already been delivered or already been handed over to shipping company, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Most of orders usually start to process 48hrs prior to delivery date and Customized orders cannot cancel after process started. We reserve the right to refuse the refund in such event.

If you want to use fast air express like UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT, please contact us to pay extra cost to ship it.
