Standard Return/Exchange Policy

Damaged Or Missing Items

We deeply believe you will be thrilled with the products you received from WatchPartsMega. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re just what you need. However, that sometimes it may not be what you expected. In that unlikely event of damaged item please do Whats app us +44 77 0403 8991 immediately or drop us an email to info@watchpartsmega.com as claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivering the Items.

We will re-deliver the corrective items soon as its been reported.

Undamaged Items

For any undamaged Items, simply return it with its original packaging within 2 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it for you.

Returns must meet the following requirements:  

1. Our policy lasts 2 days from delivery of item. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. The items must be in like-new condition with its original box including packing materials, manuals and warranty cards (not filled out). We will not issue refunds on items that are worn, modified or altered in any way. 
3. The original purchase amount of the item will be credited back to your card, less the shipping cost.
4. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that the item be returned by Fedex or EMS and is insured during shipment.
5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Products We Are Unable To Refund Or Exchange (Except For Damaged Or Faulty Items)

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personal customized items.
